How long does shipping take within Australia?
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
- Parcel Post: 2–6 business days
- Express Post: 1–3 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Do you offer tracking?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.
How long do refunds take?
If your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction.
