Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Rock My Socks ships all orders Australia-wide via Australia Post.

We offer the following delivery options:

Parcel Post: 2–6 business days delivery

Express Post: 1–3 business days delivery (additional cost)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or cubic weight of your order (whichever is greater). The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Processing & Dispatch Time


    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

  • Tracking Your Order


    All orders include tracking. You can monitor your parcel using Australia Post’s tracking system via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Delivery Issues


    If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@rockmysocks.com.au with your order number, and we will investigate the issue with Australia Post.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

Any items that do not meet these return criteria will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item (following the returns process above)
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rockmysocks.com.au.
